Initial free consultations are necessary for new patients to assess individual needs and create a personalized treatment plan. Please note that: Clinical Dermatology Consultation fees may apply and are non-refundable.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect the priority of scheduling your next appointment.

Consent Forms

Bare Face 3D Photo

A bare face 3D photo is required when opening your file and before proceeding with any treatment. This helps us accurately assess and document your baseline condition. Please arrive makeup-free to your appointment.

Treatment Plan Approval

The cost of the treatment plan will be provided to you for approval before any treatments are carried out. This ensures transparency and allows you to make informed decisions regarding your care.
